Responsive personal, glorious views, handy location next to a church as well as the downtown.

Facilities were quite comfortable, yet Wi-Fi was slow.

We had a really great experience in this small hotel. Everything was perfect, though a few employees were poor. The breakfast had an outstanding continental option.

my stay was really lovely, i loved that it was overall clean throughout, with delightful views and really handy lovation just next door to a church, the cathedral. the breakfast was large and well priced, all in all food was great. the room was functional and warm enough.

Courteous staff, warm room, in general I liked this charming hotel. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a safe, a coffee maker and ironing facilities in the room. I had a great stay.

Hotel's reception was comfortable, I loved it. The pool was amazing, the breakfast was plentiful! Staff was quick to help and overall they are brilliant people. The property was right next to the heart of the Guanajuato. Ideal location of the place - 10 minutes walk from bus station.

Cute location, panoramic views and extremely pleasant rooms. An easy walk to a church and a cathedral. Liked to hang out in the center, it's not too far away from the hotel. Amazing food and excellent service.

Our experience here was pleasant enough. Room was huge, delightful, and staff was amicable. And it also had stunning view. Variety of food for a buffet breakfast.

Economical place to stay in Guanajuato.

Colourful hotel, the location was prime. The staff was chearful! Incredibly beautiful view of bay. I went to a nice restaurant and loved the Korean dishes.

Superb base for exploring Guanajuato. We had a suite with a comfy bed...

Perfect place for a 1-night stay. Enjoyed that its rooms had a private safe, a sitting area and ironing facilities. Moreover, free Wi Fi was very useful. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Also, a history museum was max 5 minutes walk to.

El Canastillo de Flores is set 200 feet away from the property. We enjoyed the food and staff. Comfortable base for a city break in Guanajuato;)))

Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like La Trattoria de Elena that was only 5 minutes' walk away. A bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. A kind of fantastic service. We loved location and service here.
